These terms apply to anyone who uses this website, joins Doha Picklers Club, or attends a club session. By signing up for an account, registering for an event, or attending a session, you agree to the terms below.
Doha Picklers Club regularly takes photos and videos at open plays, DUPR sessions, and other club events for use on this website, our social media, and other promotional materials.
By attending a club session, you consent to being photographed or recorded, and to that photo or video being published by the club, unless you tell us in writing beforehand that you don't want to be included (email hello@dohapicklers.club). Photos published in our gallery are shared on the basis that everyone shown has agreed to their use as described here.
If you'd like a photo of yourself removed, contact us and we'll take it down.
When you create an account, the information you provide (name, contact details, skill level, and anything else you submit through your profile) may be used by Doha Picklers Club to run the club — organizing events, matching players by skill level, and communicating with members. You can review, correct, or delete most of this information yourself from your profile page at any time, or by contacting us.
Content you submit to us (including profile photos) may be used by the club for club administration and promotional purposes as described in these terms. You remain the owner of your own content; you're simply giving the club permission to use it for these purposes.
Pickleball, like any physical sport, carries an inherent risk of injury. Participation in Doha Picklers Club sessions and events is voluntary, and by taking part you acknowledge that risk and agree that the club, its organizers, and volunteers are not responsible for injuries sustained during play, except where required by law.
We expect all members and guests to treat each other with respect, both on and off the court. The club reserves the right to restrict access to sessions or remove an account for conduct that puts other members' safety or enjoyment at risk.
We may update these terms as the club grows. Continued use of this website or continued membership after an update means you accept the revised terms.
